Dev is a full believer in fairy tale romance, which makes his job on a reality dating show a perfect fit. Tech mogul Charlie is their latest - incredibly awkward - bachelor, looking to improve his public image. While Dev helps Charlie relax for the cameras, by going on practice dates, they connect on a deeper level than any of the contestants on the show.

Oh man I LOVED this!! I'm not a member of Bachelor nation or anything but I just loved this concept and seeing the "full picture" of behind the scenes of reality TV.

The conversation around mental health was just so open and honest. Both Dev and Charlie grew in incredible ways through the story but in a way that felt natural and totally believable. At first, I thought it would be Charlie that I would relate to the most, but Dev turned into the star of the show for me.

Formatting-wise, I love the dual POV's and I thought the production notes between chapters were a great way to break up the story and give the reader a look into the perspective and experience of some of the side characters.

With this being Alison Cochurn's debut, I'm super excited to read her follow-up - Kiss Her Once for Me which comes out next fall!
