How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories is a series of vignettes of Cardan's life - from before, during, and after the main series of The Folk of the Air main series. It's beautifully illustrated by Rovina Cai.
I LOVED this look into Cardan's point of view and the return to the faerie world of Cardan & Jude. I know that Cardan & Jude aren't everyone's cup of tea but I love them and this insight into Cardan's mind made me love him even more. I almost wish we had his point of view during the main series - I think it would help readers make more sense of their relationship & motives.
