The Set Up: Champion rider Emmy finds herself moving home after an accident has her scared to get on a horse. Back home she’s surrounded by her friends and family, which includes her protective older brothers and their best friend, Luke. Growing up, Luke viewed Emmy only as his friends’ younger sister, but now that they’re both adults, sparks fly.

It SHOCKED me how much I loved this book. I was wary of the hype, but there I was, giggling to myself, twirling my hair, kicking my feet. Didn’t realize cowboys were IT for me here we are.

The chemistry between Emmy and Luke is off the charts, but not without an actual heartfelt connection.

Sage really romanticizes the ranch life, something I know I would hate, but found myself wishing for regardless. The writing wasn’t the most polished in my opinion, but there was so much delicious brothers-best-friend tension that I couldn’t put it down!!

*grabby hands* GIMME THE NEXT BOOK PLEASE
