Christmas is All Around by Martha Waters

The Set Up: Charlotte is an artist and former child actress famous for a modern holiday classic. After a controversy about her refusal to reboot the film, she escapes to London, only to end up at Eden Priory, a key filming location for the movie. There, she meets Graham, whose family depends on the estate’s holiday festivities, and he convinces her to help promote their events while illustrating holiday scenes around London.\
MEH.
This was a cozy and quick festive read, but that’s about it. I didn’t feel like the plot went anywhere, and the main character didn’t seem to exist outside of “I hate Christmas any anything that brings others joy.” For her career as an artist, it just didn’t match up. I mostly found myself annoyed throughout the whole book.
